A couple of free-information websites that can help shed light on a few things health related.  The Enzymedica website is a great resource for knowledge about enzymes and how they can help you, how you can recharge your "enzyme potential" and how that is beneficial for you.  The Cornucopia Institute is a great resource for different food infiltrations like carrageenan.  Carrageenan is a food additive, basically it's used as a thickening agent and it's everywhere now; it's a poison and should be avoided.  There's a great report on the Cornucopia Institute website that explains carrageenan in detail here.

 

Yoga/deep breathing/proper hydration:
 

Yoga can facilitate meditation which is key for stress management (so is removal of all caffeine).  Stretching and deep breathing can also help promote blood/lymph flow and energy flow.  Deep breathing also helps normalize your pH, helping to raise it from acidity.  Proper hydration because your body cannot tolerate not being replenished with water; electrolytes as well, here's a good brand:

Blood type diet:
 

I use this and it works for me, and it may help you curb or eliminate any chronic inflammation (systemic/digestive enzymes are really good for that too, coupled with the blood type diet is optimal).  Here are all the blood type diets, but still check out other sources for more items on the avoid list; the avoid list is gold!!!!

Avoid list:


- Fluoride, poison for the endocrine system, not needed for healthy teeth.
 

- GMO, genetically modified organisms are laboratory-confirmed carcinogens.  Here is a list of potentially genetically modified items.

 

- BHT/BHA, endocrine disrupting and carcinogenic preservatives.
 

- Milk/Egg/Sugar, milk and eggs both contribute to mucus formation which is a perfect medium for microbial infiltration to take hold and perpetuate itself, and egg directly destabilizes your sinus.  Sugar intake is like pouring gasoline on the disease/cancer fire.
 

- Carrageenan, a thickening agent in most milk and milk alternative items, must be found in the ingredients list.  It's food grade when they put it in food, and then it gets converted into a carcinogen by your digestive tract which contributes to chronic inflammation.  www.cornucopia.org has more info.
 

- Soy, too much soy is endocrine disrupting, plus soy is one of the biggest GMO crops.  Soy can inhibit your ability to absorb nutrients properly.
 

- Gluten, not appropriate for most digestion systems, can inhibit your ability to absorb nutrients and contributes to chronic inflammation of the digestive tract.  An excellent informational video about why gluten is bad for us can be found here.

 

- The only way to avoid GMO is to go after organic food with some kind of organic certification, or NON-GMO Certified product; it's all label dependent.  Same with Gluten Free, which I highly recommend!  It has to say that it's 'gluten free' or 'non-gmo' or 'organic', otherwise it must be treated as though it weren't.  Here is a list of potentially genetically modified items.
